Courteney Cox, 59, Sparks Reactions about Her Body as She Poses in a Swimsuit before Taking an Ice Bath

Hollywood actress Courteney Cox recently posted a video of herself in purple swimwear, and fans couldn't help but notice her physique, taking to the comments section to share their thoughts.

Courteney Cox is already approaching her 60s, yet her physical appearance looks nothing like it. The "Friends" star recently shared a short clip of herself preparing for an ice bath, wearing a purple two-piece swimwear.

In her video, the actress wore boots and asked if it was cheating to enter an ice bath wearing them as her feet would be freezing. Cox's post left Instagram followers stunned by her fit physique, and they shared their thoughts in the comments section.

"Body goals CC," one person commented. "I was thinking the same thing," another agreed. "Good lord, woman, you look amazing! Your body is insanely beautiful [sic]," a third added. A fourth social media user also wrote, "You are fit."

Interestingly, Cox was diagnosed with Hyperthyroid, which manifested in different ways, including her hair falling off easily after being overmedicated. While it was resolved for some time, the overmedication happened again and left her with her eyebrows shedding.

She also revealed in a March 2023 episode of the Gloss Angeles Podcast that she had lost weight amidst her diagnosis and did not know why because she ate "like a crazy person."

Courtney Cox's physical appearance is also a result of her efforts. Although she began her skincare routine late, as she neglected it in her 20s, she was able to maintain a youthful and vibrant glow.

One of her beauty regimens includes having an intensive dry-brush session before taking a bath. After her shower, she uses body cream and body oil.
