Famously known for her role in "Friends," Courtney Cox has a massive fan base who praise her for looking young. Much to her regret, Cox neglected her skincare in her 20s.

She didn't make time to moisturize and spent hours under the sun. It was only later that she realized she should have started young.

"You've just got to remember to take care of your body at a young age because you can't start at 50," she said. Some of her go-to products include the ESPA Skin Stimulating Brush, Homecourt Cece Dish Soap, Aquaphor Healing Ointment, and Augustiuns Bader the Body Oil.

Courteney Cox Uses Dry Brush before Showers

One essential beauty regimen Cox swears by is having an intensive dry-brush session before showering. She said:

"I don't mean the kind for lymphatic drainage, where you're lightly brushing towards your heart or whatever. [...] I'm talking like the stiffest, hardest brush. I just scrub up and down to get the circulation going."

After taking a bath, the Hollywood star applies a body cream and locks the moisture in with a layer of body oil.

Courteney Cox Exfoliates Her Skin

Cox swears by the Daily Microfoliant product, which she uses twice daily to exfoliate. She enjoys exfoliating as it keeps her skin feeling clean and fresh.

According to the actress, Botox works well if it does not freeze the face to the point that it cannot move. She does enjoy getting treatment from Dermalogica every so often.

Cox also uses Dynamic Skin Recovery Sunscreen, especially when playing tennis and staying out in the sun. In particular, she likes the smell and moisture the sunscreen provides.

At night, she uses the Phyto Nature Oxygen Cream to hydrate, as well as retinol serums. Cox uses the Dynamic Skin Retinol Serum, which works well for infrared and red light treatments.

Courteney Cox's Thoughts on Using Fillers

Cox does not believe in fillers. They don't work well on her because her skin is thinner than the average woman's. However, she can't speak for others who have tried fillers.

Meanwhile, she doesn't feel the same way about Botox. According to the actress, Botox works well if it does not freeze the face to the point that it cannot move. She does enjoy getting treatment from Dermalogica every so often.

Courteney Cox previously admitted to having gone under the knife at some point in her career. At one point, fans thought she looked different after receiving cosmetic injections. However, her views on plastic surgery have since changed.

Cox knows more about skincare today. However, she wished she knew how harmful the sun was in her 20s. As a mom, Cox often warns her daughter, Coco Arquette, about possible sun damage and advocates for using sunscreen. She shares Coco with her ex-husband, David Arquette.

According to fans, Cox's boyfriend looked a lot like her on-screen love interest, Chandler Bing, played by Matthew Perry on the hit sitcom "Friends."
