Famously known for her role in "Friends," Courtney Cox has a massive fan base who praise her for looking young. Much to her regret, Cox neglected her skincare in her 20s.

One essential beauty regimen Cox swears by is having an intensive dry-brush session before showering. She said:

"I don't mean the kind for lymphatic drainage, where you're lightly brushing towards your heart or whatever. [...] I'm talking like the stiffest, hardest brush. I just scrub up and down to get the circulation going."

After taking a bath, the Hollywood star applies a body cream and locks the moisture in with a layer of body oil.
