Fans Say Charlie Sheen & Denise Richards' Daughter, 22, 'Looks Just like Her Dad' after Undergoing Nose Surgery: Pics

When Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards' eldest daughter revealed the results of her August 2024 nose job, her post-op photos instantly went viral as fans noticed an unmistakable detail: she is the spitting image of her famous father.

Sami Sheen finally took the plunge into a fresh era after wanting a new look for five years. On August 2, 2024, the OnlyFans star went under the knife to fix what she called a "droopy nose."

Unveiling the results in a since-deleted TikTok post on August 13, 2024, the then-20-year-old wrote, "I've wanted a nose job for the past five years." She topped off the photo carousel with a grateful shoutout: "Ahhhh im so happy i finally did this 🥲 🎉 thank you for everything @deepakdugarmd you are seriously the best surgeon out there.[sic]"

A fan took to the comment section to tell Sami that with her nose job done, she now resembled her dad. "Looks just like her dad Charlie Sheen," the fan wrote.

Another admirer told Sami, "It already looks like such a perfect nose! It will only get better. 👏" However, other online users weren't impressed by what Sami has done. One user said, "It's sad to see these beautiful girls doing this to their face," while another responded, "Heartbreaking 💔."

Sami, who was excited to have fulfilled one of her wishes, took her fans through the process of getting her nose job done. She explained that her nose used to be "just sooo droopy and too big for my face [sic]."

The 20-year-old added that she thought her original nose "photographed horribly," so she used to photoshop it every time she took a photo. After meeting three surgeons, Sami Sheen booked a session with Los Angeles-based plastic surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar, whom she clicked with.

She shared a picture of herself on the day of the surgery and a map showing her route to Beverly Hills. She penned, "The second i arrived i felt so safe and welcomed [sic]."

She was extremely nervous but excited to have the procedure she had wanted for a long time. Before the surgery, she noted that she was saying her final goodbyes to her normal nose.

After the surgery, Sami posted a picture of herself lying in a hospital bed with her nose bandage and her whole face covered. She wrote, "Good morning new nose has arrived [sic]."

She added, "Surgery went amazing & quicker than i thought [sic]." She shared that the anesthesia and pain medications left her feeling extremely nauseous. This was similar to her experience after her previous surgery, suggesting her body might be particularly sensitive to them.

Still, chips and Zofran from the nurse helped lessen her pain. Sami's experience with the surgeon was also good, as he kept checking up on her and brought her the phone so she could speak to her mom.

Sami also wrote alongside a picture of her bandaged face, "It's only day 2 of recovery but I already feel like a new woman and im so so happy i finally got my dream nose [sic]."

On August 15, 2024, Sami shared a short clip with her nose still bandaged, writing that she regretted canceling her Percocet prescription as much as her pain wasn't so intense. She captioned it, "Mind over matter i guess #nosejob [sic]."

On the third day after the nose job was done, Sami also shared what she has to do five times a day post-surgery. First, she had to apply ointment on her nostrils to help her nose heal faster.

Second, she uses Apra Hemp Oil to ensure her nose doesn't dry up. The third thing Sami does is use Arnica to help with her bruises, followed by lip balm, which she noted was optional.

Sami used gauze and a mask on her nose to ensure the ointment and oil didn't drip into her mouth. She then lay down with icing on her face for 30 minutes to soothe the nose and any pain.

On the third day, Sami also posted on her Instagram stories that she felt like she had been punched in the face. She also mentioned feeling as though she had a severe sinus infection due to the pressure and the inability to blow her nose.

Even with the pain and discomfort, Sami was still excited, saying, "It already looks so cute even though it's swollen and in a cast so i know this is all so worth it and i can't wait to see it and take super cute photos with my new nose [sic]."

She also posted a photo she took just after waking up from surgery. As much as she couldn't remember taking the picture, she could tell that she was so happy she finally had the nose job done.

Evidently, Charlie and Denise's daughter is all grown up and making decisions about her body. Back in 2016, Charlie shared a photo of his beautiful family, including Lola Rose Sheen, who was all smiles. He captioned the image, "a gaggle of awe sum!!"

When Sami turned 18, her mom also posted on Instagram wishing her a happy birthday. She wrote, "In a blink of an eye you're 18…. !!!! Happy Birthday my beautiful Sami. I love you so much."

Denise Richards expressed how blessed she felt to be Sami's mother. The heartfelt message, which was accompanied by photos of Sami as a young girl and at 18, also mentioned that her late grandmother was surely celebrating with her.
