Bruce wore a black New York Yankees ballcap with a white T-shirt and appeared relaxed. However, concerned fans noted he wasn't looking great and sent him their love and prayers.
One fan wrote, "Wishing him peace. He isn't looking so good ☹️" while another fan simply said, "Prayers 🙏🙏🙏." A fan also remarked, "Bless him He doesn't look well," and another user reflected sadly, "So sad. Thank you for being you Bruce. Always loved your humour."
Despite the challenges he's facing, Bruce's family has always been grateful for the love, support, and concern people show the former actor. This positivity has surrounded the family ever since the "Red" actor's ex-wife, Demi Moore announced that he was diagnosed with aphasia.
In an Instagram post in March 2022, Demi said that due to the diagnosis, which had affected Bruce's cognitive abilities, he would have to step away from acting. Bruce was an actor, writer, and producer.

Demi added, "We are moving through this as a strong family unit, and wanted to bring his fans in because we know how much he means to you, as you do to him."

Bruce's ex-wife noted the family's struggle and expressed appreciation for the love and support they'd received during that difficult time.
In February 2023, Bruce and Demi's daughter, Rumer Willis gave a health update, sharing a deeply personal update about her father following the family's announcement of his aphasia diagnosis.

She revealed that Bruce's condition had progressed and he was given a more precise diagnosis of frontotemporal dementia (FTD). Rumer acknowledged that while the news was painful, it offered some clarity after months of uncertainty.
She noted that communication challenges are only one of the many symptoms Bruce was facing as part of this devastating disease.
The precise diagnosis helped the family understand what was happening to Bruce Willis, especially Rumer, who said she had known something wasn't right with her dad for a while.
Rumer noted that her suspicion started when her dad was often unresponsive but they dismissed it as "Hollywood hearing loss" until the unresponsiveness broadened.

Now, the family has emphasized that as Bruce's condition progresses, they hope media attention will focus on increasing awareness and research for the disease.
They added that Bruce had always used his platform to support important causes and raise awareness of critical issues both publicly and privately.
Today, as much as Bruce is out of the limelight, his family continues to speak of him, revealing special details about his life as a husband, father, and grandfather.
For instance, Rumer has shared how Bruce inspired her daughter's name. While speaking about her baby girl's name, Rumer mentioned that it was a "mix of things" she loves.
Rumer shared that her daughter's name pays tribute to her beloved dad. Her baby, whom she shares with her now ex-boyfriend, Derek Thomas, was born in April 2023.
Though their little one was born earlier this year, Rumer only shared the inspiration behind her baby girl's name, Louetta Isley, and how it came to be yesterday.
Regarding how Baby Louetta got gifted such a unique name, her mom explained that she has always adored the name Lou for either a boy or a girl, and when she and Thomas found out they would be having a girl, they decided on Louetta. In a since-expired Instagram story, Rumer expressed, "Her name is a mix of things I love."
Among the mix of things she loves is her father, Bruce, who was a source of inspiration for Rumer when naming Louetta. Of how her baby's name pays tribute to the "Die Hard" star, Rumer divulged, " We wanted to give her options and me and my dad's favorite singers are Lou= Louie Armstrong, Etta= Etta James, Isley= Isley Brother."
Interestingly, baby Louetta was initially supposed to have the name Loretta, but it ended up being Louetta due to a typo made by her dad when her parents were texting -- Thomas forgot to place the "r" in the name Loretta.
However, there are no regrets about how things turned out with Louetta's name, especially since it further connects her to her doting grandad, who, although ill, showers her with love.
