"Mounjaro is in the house! Hooray!!!" remarked a facetious Facebooker. Similarly, another netizen echoed, "#ozempic I hardly recognized him!" "Stop the Ozempic man! You're developing the Skelator face 💀," urged an Instagrammer.
Earlier this year (2024), Lambert went on Instagram Live, where he divulged details about his weight journey, which included a confession concerning how he lost weight.
"I'm dropping some tea on you guys right now. I've been on Mounjaro for the last uhm, I think, what, eight months," disclosed the musician.
He then went on to reveal that he lost almost 60 lbs, adding, "I feel amazing! I feel — I still eat, but I eat lighter, and I eat less."
Lambert also shared how his blood sugar level was very close to being the same as someone with Diabetes before he started using weight loss medication.

"My blood sugar was not in a good space, and that's when this came up with my doctor. We started talking about it [...] I went on Wegovy first, and that gave me, like, the worst acid reflux. It was really — that wasn't good for me. That didn't feel comfortable," explained the singer.

Switching gears slightly, the "Whataya Want from Me" musician discussed his previous relationship with food. "I know that growing up when I was heavier, I was eating to like — I was eating my feelings, as they say. I was emotionally eating, for sure," shared Lambert.

During another moment in the video, Lambert stated, "For me, personally like, being able to fit into clothes that I couldn't fit into or buy clothes that I really like — you know I love clothes, so that's been really exciting. And [...] me feeling better in my own skin and feeling more confident only helps me with my work."
He highlighted how losing weight also helps him feel more motivated and "excited to be seen." "So that helps me. So therefore, it helps you guys because I'm more pumped and motivated to make new music and to perform for you guys, so it's great," reiterated the performer.
Lambert mentioned how the journey has positively affected his mental health as well. Making another revelation, the star disclosed how he used to be on anti-depressants for a while, but was able to slowly wean himself off the medication before using Mounjaro.
However, he admitted, "Listen, I have occasional anxiety moments. There are bad days and good days," before clarifying, "but overall, I feel good."
Lambert's candid revelations come years after he said that he maintained his physical health with the help of a personal trainer, regular Pilates, and frequent hikes.

Aside from the revelations he has shared about his physical and mental health, Lambert recently shone a spotlight on his career endeavors. During his appearance on "Today," he shared insights into his exciting role in "Cabaret."
After co-host Al Roker asked Lambert what made him want to be a part of the show, the artist noted how his role was one of many that he had on a shortlist of characters he wanted to play. He noted his interest in the character's "weird and wild, and wonderful" personality traits.
"It's a bit of an abstract character. He's kind of like a narrator. He welcomes the audience in and then guides them through this story," added Lambert. He went on to contextualize the story of "Cabaret," which transports the audience back to the early 1930s in Germany.
"So it's really a story about, you know, freedom and individuality, and expression, and how that can get yanked away if certain energies, politically, take power," stated Lambert.
When asked how he put his own "spin" on the character, Adam Lambert shared how he channeled the German version of himself, which garnered a few chuckles from the hosts.
Additional topics discussed in the interview included Lambert's past theatrical roles and musical career, including his performance run with the legendary band Queen.
