Users Suspect Bravo Star Brandi Glanville Has Health Issues with Her Face Due to 'Removed Fillers' - Photo
After sharing a widely discussed photo of her face, Brandi Glanville, who spoke about her health issues earlier this year, shared a message about what doctors think happened to her.
Bravo star Brandi Glanville took to X on December 8 to share an image of her face that sparked a flurry of comments from social media users. Netizens questioned if Glanville looks the way she does now due to adverse effects from cosmetic procedures.

In the photo, Glanville, who used to travel the world as a top print and runway model for over 17 years and has been featured in premiere magazines like Cosmopolitan and Glamour, looked remarkably different than her usual appearance.
Her cheeks have various dents, creases, and curves; her skin appears droopier and bumpy, and her mouth area and eyes look sunken in. "Sick it!" captioned the TV personality.
A few hours after posting the surprising selfie, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" ("RHOBH") season 5 talent, who started as a friend on the show's second season, posted a message trying to contextualize the photo.
"What happened? I wish I knew I've been in & out of the hospital this passed year 1/2 spent almost every dollar I have trying to figure it out. Some Dr.'s say I have a parasite that jumps around my face. Some say it's stress induced edema. I personally say it's Bravo [sic]," penned Glanville.
Upon seeing the photo, social media users wasted no time in reacting, with many citing their opinions concerning what they think contributed.
"And that my friends is a result of overfilling your face than [sic] having it removed, 😮 wow!!" marveled an Instagrammer, while another expressed, "Is this what happens when you get fillers? A lot of the housewives have this same uneven bumpy texture to their faces."
Another observer opined, "She should have never gotten any work done she was beautiful before all that." "This is the results [sic] of plastic surgery when getting older," added someone else. Joining the discussion, a spectator remarked, "When all them [sic] injections and filler eat your face out 😂😂😂."
"Wow she melted," observed a netizen, while another questioned, "Removed fillers?" Directly responding to a media outlet's post about Glanville's concerning look, which the outlet said is due to a mystery illness, a Facebooker wrote, "Mystery illness looks like bad plastic surgery."
Echoing the sentiment expressed by so many others, an observer chimed in with, "This is what happens when you have Botox and lots of filler for years and stop…" "Botched plastic surgery or fillers," noted an online user.
Even more plastic surgery-gone-wrong comments ensued, with yet another spectator highlighting, "Reaction to all the Botox, lip filler, and plastic surgery." "Nothing to do with a few botched facelifts?" wondered a Facebooker.
Someone else said, "Her immune system has turned on all her fillers and Botox," while a netizen mentioned, "I'm going with she had filler dissolved…"
The reality star, who used to work for luxury brands such as Gucci, Giorgio Armani, and Chanel back in the day, has faced health problems before this latest issue with her face.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight (ET) in January 2024, Glanville opened up about the scary moment when her face and lips swelled and she experienced anaphylactic shock.
"I've had some health issues that have affected my ability to talk. My ability to taste food, my face basically would swell up, like I would have anaphylactic shock, go into anaphylactic shock constantly and I saw 7 doctors and their answer to it was it was stress-induced angioedema," disclosed the podcaster and mom of two.
In October 2023, the TV personality, who, according to her bio on Bravo's website, enjoys golfing, Pilates dancing, cooking, hiking, and charity work in her downtime, faced another health scare.
On October 1, 2023, she notified the public that she had collapsed at home that morning and that one of her sons had to call 911 for assistance. "You guys have no idea the amount of stress I'm dealing with," shared Glanville in the message she posted on X.

About two days after Glanville's statement, ET published an article disclosing the fact that the star, who was 50 at the time, was suffering from stress-induced angioedema, the same condition she had spoken about earlier this year.
"Her face blew up like a basketball, so much so that her eyes were swollen shut, reducing her vision to the point she couldn't even see her own hands. That's when she collapsed," divulged the outlet.
When Glanville reflected on her health issues in January, the Bravo talent, who has made various guest appearances on the network after her time on "RHOBH," expressed her goal of wanting to be healthy.
"I just want to be healthy. I have taken my health for granted. I cried on my birthday [...] I cried the whole night and I thought that was my new normal. I was just never gonna look the same or feel the same. I was just gonna be this giant pumpkin head," she disclosed.

However, at that time, she partnered up with plastic surgeon Dr. John Layke, who, reportedly, outlined procedures he would use to help restore a new look for Brandi Glanville, without having to resort to plastic surgery.
