'AGT' Host Terry Crews, 57, Shocks Fans as He Has 'Aged Like 2 Seconds Since the 80's' After Sharing Old Photos With Wife

A romantic anniversary slideshow sparked a wave of disbelief among fans — with many of them swearing the 57-year-old star hasn’t aged a day since the 80s.

On July 29, 2025, actor Terry Crews shared an Instagram post celebrating his wedding anniversary. The host of "America's Got Talent" has been married to Rebecca King-Crews for 36 years.

The post featured a slideshow with photos of the couple, starting with present-day pictures, and spanning all the way back to the late 80s.

"36 years and just getting started!! Happy anniversary, @rebeccakingcrews. ❤️" Crews captioned the post.

The first photo in the slideshow showed Crews sitting down against a garden hedge, looking at the camera as his wife embraces him from behind. A text overlay read, "how [sic] many months have you been together?"

The next photo shows Crews and King-Crews grinning, as the text overlay reads: "months???" The following images show the couple through the years in reverse chronological order.

Fans were quick to react to the slideshow. Many netizens praised the 57-year-old former NFL linebacker for his ageless appearance.

"Wow!!!!" exclaimed one fan. "Terry has the SAME FACE since always 😂," noted another, with a third adding that "you aged like 2 seconds since the 80's [sic]."

"Bro just expose the fact that he older than 80% of his audience [sic]," joked a netizen. "Bro looks the same since the 90s ♥️," remarked another. "Dudes a vampire,[sic]" a third netizen humorously declared.

"What an awesome thing to see 👏," one fan celebrated. Another fan stated, "I was 4 when you two met ❤️❤️❤️ guys Terry has the fountain of youth in his basement you two look amazing."

Crews turned 57 the day after the anniversary post, on July 30. This isn't the first time his age-defying looks have stunned the public, either.

In a 2019 episode of "The Late Late Show," James Corden showed Crews side-by-side photos of him and his wife, taken ten years apart. Corden claimed to be unable to tell which was which, and asked for his secret.

Crews answered:

"I'll be honest with you. You know what? It's kids. We have five beautiful kids, and they keep you young. You got to keep hanging with them, and I got to keep hanging with that beautiful woman, so I'm like, 'I'm going to stay fit for you baby, I'm trying to do it,' you know what I mean?"

Part of his secret, though, might be his approach to training. As a former NFL player, Crews is no stranger to grueling gym routines. But after retiring from football, he changed focus — from trying to be the strongest, to trying to achieve peace.

Speaking to Muscle & Fitness in April 2024, Crews said he thinks of his training now as his "spa time," adding:

"I don't look at it like I'm trying to get this specific bench press, or I'm trying to look better and be better than someone else for that matter. It has nothing to do with anyone else. The best thing I could do for the entire world is to make the most of myself."

He decided to change things up after suffering a bicep injury in 2010, after going too hard during training. Now, he limits his repetitions to protect his body, and does regular cardio to keep things balanced.

In a 2023 post reflecting on his birthday, Crews spoke about aging in the generation that came before his own. "55 meant it was time to slow down, 55 represented a metaphorical speed limit," he wrote.

He said it represented a point in time when "all the bills are due from self inflicted damage you did to yourself when you were younger," but highlighted that "the greatest thing about getting older- is the choice and decision to grow wiser."

Whether it's the kids, the training, or wisdom growing with age, the photos prove that Crews is doing everything right!
