Jack Osbourne Reveals How Sharon Osbourne's First Granddaughters Look Now – One Is Nearly His Height
They've grown up in the blink of an eye — and now Ozzy Osbourne's granddaughters are stepping beautifully and confidently into the spotlight.
On Sunday, February 1, Jack Osbourne was photographed attending the 68th Grammy Awards After Party, proudly flanked by his daughters Pearl and Andy. The trio was the picture of effortless style and confidence as they posed together amid the industry's elite.

Polka Dots, Poise, and a Perfect Father-Daughter Moment
Pearl was pictured wearing a flowing white dress dotted with black polka dots. She accessorized the chic look with a matching handkerchief and leaned affectionately into her father, who stood proudly at the center.
Her younger sister, Andy, mirrored the classic aesthetic in a black dress adorned with white polka dots. She completed her ensemble with a coordinating handkerchief that echoed Pearl's look in a perfectly synchronized sister moment.

Fans Spot a Familiar Resemblance
In 2019, Jack shared a throwback photo of Andy. Back then, fans flooded the comments, many of them zeroing in on a familiar resemblance. One fan who couldn't contain their excitement gushed, "Baby Ozzy!! My goodness! ❤️"

A Growing Family After a Year of Profound Loss
Jack shares daughters Pearl, Andy, and Minnie with his ex-wife Lisa Stelly. He is also father to daughter Maple, whom he shares with wife Aree Gearhart, and the couple is currently expecting their second baby together.

Jack said that the unborn baby has given him hope as he grieves his rock legend father, Ozzy, who died on July 22, 2025, at the age of 76. "I think it's been partly a healthy distraction, partly healing – probably in that kind of 'full cycle' category, in a weird way," he said.
The British media personality had told Ozzy he would be a grandfather again before his death. Jack said the news of the pregnancy has brought much-needed joy to his family, including his mother Sharon, after what was an especially difficult 2025.
"It's very much taken energy out of the grieving side of things and parked in a bit more hopefulness. It's been easy for me – I think it's been a lot harder for my wife! We're super-excited. It was sort of planned, I should say. It was maybe a little earlier than expected," he shared.
Jack added that expanding their family was something they had hoped for, and that it ultimately happened in a way that felt almost miraculous to them.
Pearl's Adventurous Spirit Wins Her Dad's Heart
The proud father has also opened up about his daughter, Pearl. He said spending time outdoors has become one of his favorite activities, and Pearl has fully embraced that side of him.
He noted that she clearly shares his love for nature, often joining him on camping trips and outdoor adventures whenever possible. "We need that," he added.
As a father, he encourages Pearl's love for adventure, noting, "I'll let them venture out a little bit more than my wife will — my wife's very like, ‘No, no, no, no, don't, she could get hurt. I'm like, 'Eh, put her on a surfboard, we'll push her into a wave, she can swim.'"
Jack also described Pearl as an exceptionally loving and attentive big sister to Andy, a sentiment echoed by her mother, who praised her gentle and caring nature.
Sharon Osbourne's Over-the-Top Grandmother Moment
When Pearl was born, a thrilled Sharon expressed on X how meaningful the moment was for her as a new grandmother, "Today I witnessed my first grandchild being born, life changing experience. She is an angel."
Sharon later described the experience as incredible, saying the family had gone from being five Osbournes to six with Pearl's arrival, something she found truly amazing.
She also joked about being an overindulgent grandmother. Sharon admitted that she spoiled her granddaughter by buying her jewelry and even a prom dress while she was still a baby. Although Jack repeatedly urged her to slow down, Sharon Osbourne insisted Pearl would eventually love the gifts.
A Diagnosis That Changed Everything
Sadly, just two weeks after Jack welcomed Pearl, he received a multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis. "I was just angry and frustrated and kept thinking, 'Why now?'. I've got a family, and that's what's supposed to be the most important thing," he said.
MS is a condition that targets the central nervous system, including the brain and spinal cord. It can interfere with muscle strength and coordination, eyesight, balance, sensation, and cognitive function.

The condition affects people differently, with some experiencing only mild symptoms throughout their lives, while others face more severe limitations. For most, the impact of MS falls somewhere in between.
Years later, in April 2021, Jack Osbourne shared another personal news, saying that he had reached 18 years of sobriety. Through his health challenges and the loss of his father, Jack appears to remain focused on keeping family at the center of his life.
