Khloe, 33, is getting ready to welcome her first child with sports star Tristan Thompson. It is reportedly a baby girl, but the couple has not as yet decided on her name.

Khloe has had a very busy pregnancy. She launched a maternity line as an offshoot of her fashion label Good American named Good Mama and has also kept up with her demanding social media schedule.

Khloe has also moved house, crossing the country to live in Ohio with Tristan. Only a week ago, her sister and mother threw Khloe a lavish Los Angeles baby shower, at the same time as they celebrated Tristan's 27th birthday party.

Tristan is a professional basketball player for the Cleveland Cavaliers of the National Basketball Association and so the new family will be settled in Ohio.
