Christina El Moussa takes a major step to move on from her failed marriage
People seem to have been following the El Moussa after broke up steps really close and it is surprising how things turned out.
Beloved HGTV couple Tarek and Christina El Moussa shocked Flip or Flop fans with their split announcement back in December 2016.
Fans were shocked then again when the father-of-two filed for divorce just one month later. These days, Christina is going steady with Ant Anstead, a hot AF UK native, most known for being a presenter on For the Love of Cars.
Now, more than a year after their divorce, Christina El Moussa is selling the house she shared with her ex-husband Tarek, as reported by Entertainment Daily.
Although she's continued living in their family home in Yorba Linda with their two kids (Taylor, 7, and Brayden, 2), she just listed the five-bedroom, 8.5-bath Mediterranean mansion with Dean Lueck.
The Flip or Flop stars spent two years renovating the 6,366-square-foot Californian mansion. Now, it's listed for $2.995 million through Lueck of First Team and Christies International Real Estate, where Christina recently started working.
The couple poured $1.5 million into overhauling the place, and after renovation, the 0.44-acre property sports an 800-square-foot pool pavilion, outdoor kitchen, spa with waterfalls, grotto, fire pit and putting green.
Inside, there's a two-story dining room, a kitchen decked out with Carrara marble and Thermador appliances, and master suite with its own fireplace, soaking tub, and glass shower. They even sacrificed two bedrooms to create a gym.
As for Tarek El Moussa, he had been living in a remodeled house near where his yacht 'Bad Decisions' was docked; now the contractor appears to be laying down more permanent roots for his family.
The Flip or Flop host is making big moves, he revealed on Instagram that he’s made things official with an impressive residence, a contemporary home in Costa Mesa, California, for which he paid $2.28 million.
His photo slideshow post on Instagram shows a white-painted home with a red front door. In the backyard, an outdoor fireplace sits beside the pool and hot tub, which can all be accessed by bi-fold doors in several interior spaces.
The open-plan living/dining room and adjacent modern kitchen feature a vaulted ceiling. Some fans commented that Tarek has made a good decision buying a home that he didn’t have to remodel himself. And the open and airy digs are perfectly suited to his life now.
