'Melrose Place' star sued for $250 million after she was accused of sexually assaulting a minor

The man has come forward 20 years later with claims of what the actress did to him one night.

Jamie Luner could be in some trouble after 36-year-old Anthony Oliver has come forward with claims that she and her male makeup artist sexually assaulted him when he was just 16 years old.

As reported by Daily Mail, Oliver is suing Luner for emotional distress and sexual battery after the events that took place at a party held at her home in 1998.

Oliver was 16 years old at the time, while the actress was 26. He claimed that the actress had a crush on him, and he was at the party because his brother was friends with her makeup artist.

Oliver and Luner talked for three hours, before going up to her bedroom, according to Oliver. In her room, Luner supposedly offered him crystal meth, telling him it would get him aroused.

When he declined and requested two Tylenol pills instead, he claims she laced them with crystal meth.

He then said she performed oral sex on him, before allowing her male makeup artist to also perform oral sex on him. Oliver then claims they had intercourse multiple times.

When his brother returned to the party, Oliver claims he shot video footage of them having sex.

Oliver has now claimed 20 years later that the experience left him confused as to whether he liked men, women, or both, and turned him into an alcoholic.

Oliver's lawsuit claims that two other men have also come forward to accuse Luner of drug-induced sex. He is seeking $250 million in damages.

At this point, no investigation into Luner has been opened.

Luner's manager has responded to the claims, saying that they have "no merit," and has called them a "blatant attempt at extortion."

Even if Luner is charged at some point, she will likely only be charged with a misdemeanor if it was consensual, given that Oliver was 16 at the time. It is usually only charged as a felony if the victim was under the age of 16.

It can be charged as a felony over the age of 16 if it is ruled that the victim was incapacitated or forced into the act.

A misdemeanor would carry a maximum penalty of a year in prison, while a felony charge could carry up to a decade behind bars.

It is also possible that the statute of limitations has long since run out in this case, as California law requires that it be reported in 12 months if the act was consensual. If not, criminal charges must be filed within a year of being reported.
