Joanna Gaines reveals why her 5th pregnancy is really so different from the previous 4 times
The 39-year-old reality TV star and mother-of-four, Joanna Gaines, is expecting her fifth child and told reporters that it feels like her first pregnancy.
On April 3, 2018, the same day as the final episode of Fixer Upper aired on HGTV; Joanna wrote on their website that it had been more than eight years since her last pregnancy.
As reported by People, her youngest daughter, Emmie Kay, is seven years old. Due to the seven-year-gap, Joanna's fifth pregnancy feels like the first.
But it's not just Joanna and her fixer-upper husband Chip Gaines who are excited about the arrival of baby number five. Their children are ecstatic as well.

"The best thing about all of this is the excitement that my kids have shown for their new baby brother. Since I had our first four babies so close to one another, none of them actually remember me being pregnant."
Joanna Gaines, People, April 4, 2018.
The children cannot wait to meet their brother. She also added that this pregnancy was fun, and is at the period now were she 'loves to take naps and eat.'
Joanna and Chip announced the pregnancy in January 2018 when they uploaded an adorable photo to Instagram which depicted Chip with a baby bump.
The break from their reality home improvement show came at the right time in their lives, and the couple will now be able to focus on the pregnancy and arrival of their baby boy.
They felt as though work took up most of their time during recent months, and look forward to 'bunkering down with kids' and creating new memories.
The Gaines' hasn't revealed the name of their baby yet, but hinted that it might start with a D because their two older sons are named Drake and Duke.
According to a poll on People's Twitter account, fans voted for the names Dane, Donavan, and Dragon, with Deacon getting the most votes.
