Wives of twin brothers give birth on the same day. Is this not a miracle?

The twin brothers welcomed each of their first-borns on the same day.

Justin and Joshua Thorington from Traverse City, Michigan, has always been separable, given that they are twins, it comes as no surprise.

They always do everything together. In fact, their wives delivered their children on the exact same day in the same hospital.

Talking to People, 33-year-old Joshua shared that they joked about it the whole time their wives were pregnant.

He said, “We’ve always been pretty in sync, so to me, it wasn’t surprising. I think our friends aren’t even surprised that it happened.”

During the early hours of March 27, 2018, Joshua and his wife Denise, 30, welcomed their first child. They named their baby boy Jack Andrew.

Then, later that night, Joshua’s twin, Justin and his wife Alex Raphael, 31, welcomed Lucy Elise, their first daughter.

The four of them often talked about how awesome it was for them to be going through the pregnancy journey together.

Joshua shared that Denise was due on March 25 while Alex Raphael was set to give birth on April 6.

Joshua told People that he didn’t know that his twin brother was in the same situation as he was a few doors down at the time.

He was updating his family with his wife’s pregnancy and he wondered why he didn’t hear anything from Justin. It was later on when he found out that Alex Raphael was also giving birth to his niece.

Justin and Joshua are hoping that both of their children will be as close as they both are.

Joshua said, “We were always best friends. My mom said that even before we could talk we were so close that we had our own language.”

He added that they did not want to be away from each other ever since.

“We definitely want [our kids] to go to school together and just be together a lot and be really close. That’s what our hopes are,” he said.
