Miranda Lambert reveals the reason behind her split with boyfriend after 2 years together

After two years together, Miranda Lambert and Anderson East have called their relationship off.

Fans of the couple have speculated their break up since they have not posted photos of each other since January, when Miranda posted a photo of her beau prior to his appearance on the 'Today show'.

Their speculation is valid given that Miranda used to share many photos of Anderson on her Instagram page, but now that came to an abrupt stop.

Proud of her musician boyfriend, she used to share screenshots of her listening to his newest songs.

A source close to the two performers confirmed that they were indeed taking a break.

"There could be potential of them getting back together, they love each other, but (there was) a lot of time spent apart."

Miranda and Anderson started dating in December 2015 after finalizing her divorce with country star Blake Shelton.

At one point in their relationship, people thought that Anderson was finally 'the one' for Miranda.

Anderson's last post of his girlfriend was on November for her birthday.

"Happiest of birthdays to my love! Thankful for you everyday. @mirandalambert"

"She couldn't have picked a better dude to have fun with, Anderson is the coolest guy."

However, it seems that those people were wrong given that after two long years, they have called it quits.

Fans can only hope that both Lambert and East change their minds and reunite sometime in the future.
