Kris Jenner spill the beans why Khloe Kardashian named her baby True

The Kardashians, except for Kourtney, are known for giving their kids uncommon names. Khloe just recently named her little one, True Thompson.

The name may appear strange to some people but the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch shared to her readers that there is a history behind the name. AmoMama gathered info from Pop Culture.

On Thursday, Khloe Kardashian just became a mother for the first time with her NBA boyfriend Tristan Thompson. By Monday, the couple had revealed the name of their little girl—True Thompson.

Most of the Kardashian babies have unconventional names such Kim’s kids—North, Saint, and Chicago—while Kylie Jenner’s daughter is named Stormi. But it seems there is a story behind the youngest Kardashian’s name. Kris Jenner revealed on her Instagram the history of the name.

Along with a photo of pink balloons, Kris wrote in her post:

“I’m so excited to welcome my precious little granddaughter True!!! FUN FACT…my Grandfather’s name on my Dad’s side was True Otis Houghton…my real Dad’s name was Robert True Houghton…so I am so excited Khloe named her daughter True!!! #lovebug #familytradition #family”

She tagged an Instagram account that looked like an account created for the baby.

The 33-year-old mother posted a similar snap, which was a balloon-filled pink room, when she made the name announcement.

“Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with LOVE. Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family! Mommy and Daddy looooove you True!”

People pointed out the baby’s surname, especially at a time when Tristan has had a cheating scandal. But it seems that Khloe has already forgiven the NBA player. A source close to Revenge Body star disclosed that he had already forgiven the NBA player.

“Khloe is feeling nothing but happiness right now. She is head over heels in love with her little girl—she is just consumed with love. Absolutely nothing else matters.”

“She’s so incredibly happy that her baby is here, that she is big and strong and healthy and beautiful, and so right now Khloe truly has no other cares in the world. She isn’t even mad at Tristan right now.”
