The actress who was the cover for Glamour’s May issue looked breathtaking in a red Tory Burch ruffled dress. The dress featured a plunging necklace, puff sleeves and flared cuffs that clung to Melissa’s body perfectly.

The red dress matched her signature red lips and red nails as she posed against a white background with plants.

With a smile that melts hand and her piercing green eyes, Melissa killed the look!

The 41-year-old star revealed to the magazine her opinions about equal wages in Hollywood.

Melissa stated that she strongly believed that everyone should be paid equal wages in Hollywood and she didn’t care how she comes across because of her belief.

She said,

‘I give pretty strong advice to costars like, Dig I’m deep and don’t sell yourself short. And don’t confuse someone working for you with them doing you a favor’

She continued saying,

‘Don’t think, “I don’t want to be a b**ch, I don’t want to cause trouble.” If you paid for a bottle of water and then that person told you to just take off, you’d say, “Give me my water. I paid for it”’

This comes after Melissa lost a lot of weight after consciously deciding to care for her body and take her health serious.

She’s happily married to her longtime boyfriend Ben Falcons, and they have two beautiful daughters together.
