Reese Witherspoon's daughter Ava shares throwback photo with famous mom

Ava Philippe honored her famous mom during Mother’s Day by posting an adorable throwback photo where she looked like a mini version of the actress.

She shared the photo on Instagram where she and her mom, Reese Witherspoon, donned white and pink pajamas and appeared to be sitting in a bed. She had a short but sweet message for her mother. Ava wrote:

“happy mother’s day, mama! I’m so glad we’ve gotten to grow together and support each other. (emojis) love you!”

Fans loved the mother-daughter snap and had nothing but good words for the duo. Some of them greeted Reese a happy Mother’s Day while the others remarked how cute they looked. Other comments include:

“Lovely picture of a lovely Mom with her beautiful daughter.”

“You have an awesome mom that I always looked up to. Y’all are awesome and very lucky to have each other.”

“You look just like her.”

Ava is the daughter of actress Reese and actor Ryan Phillippe. The ex-couple were among the “power couples” back in the day. They got married in 1999 but divorced in 2007.

Reese and Ryan welcomed Ava into their life in 1999 and their son, Deacon, was born four years later.

Ava now has two other siblings—Kai Knapp, Ryan’s daughter with ex-girlfriend Alexis Knapp, and Tennessee Toth, Reese’s son with her husband Jim Toth.

The 18-year-old starred in the lookbook for Rodarte’s Fall 2018 collection, which was released in January. Joining Ava were Kirsten Dunst, models Chloe and Halle Bailey, Black Panther star Danai Gurira, Grimes, Hong Chau, Gia Coppola, Kim Gordon, Tessa Thompson, model Madisyn Ritland, and Miranda July.
