De Rossi has been playing Lindsay Bluth from the beginning, and though she had declared she would not be acting anymore, the series creator Mitchell Hurwitz wrote her into the new season.

Hurwitz was right on the money, and de Rossi has said that 'Once a Bluth, always a Bluth'. She agreed to act on Arrested Development but is adamant that she is retired.

"I have to say I love Arrested Development so much, and if I wasn't a part of this season, I would be so sad."
