Toya Wright and baby daughter Reign rock matching black outfits in recent picture

The proud mom flaunts her happy baby months after the little girl was mocked on social media.

Her new baby may have become the subject of ridicule on social media, but Toya Wright isn’t going to let that keep her from flaunting her even more.

The proud mother raised her daughter Reign in the air and declared her as her “little happy baby” in a photo she recently posted. The mother and daughter appeared to be enjoying some play time as the 4-month-old giggled with joy while being held mid-air by her mother. Equally happy to spend some quality time with her precious one, Toya was glowing wearing an all-black ensemble and a purse slung across her while she played in the park with her youngest child.

Toya welcomed Reign in February with much criticism from fans. After a photo of the little girl who was then 3 weeks old was uploaded by Toya’s friend Tiny Harris, she was driven to tears by comments from internet trolls who described her baby as “ugly.” The photo featured Tiny cradling the infant while paying her friend a visit. But it was more than that for vicious commenters who bashed the baby’s looks.

Rushing to her sister’s defense, Toya’s older daughter Reginae Carter uploaded a video where she’s in tears while lashing out at those who attacked the helpless baby.

“You can call me anything, but — about Reign, that is a baby! She can’t even say SHUT UP.”

She added,

“I’m over it! I’m okay. I know I’m beautiful. I’ve got a relationship with God!”

Reginae also revealed her mother was in tears after seeing the hurtful comments.

Reginae and Reign are 18 years apart. Toya had Reginae when she was only 14 and in a relationship with Reginae’s father Lil’ Wayne. Meanwhile, Reign is the daughter of Atlanta businessman Robert Rushing. Toya and the owner of 2 Commas clothing have been dating since 2016
