E. J. Johnson flaunts fit physique in bright pink blouse and heels

The fashionista superstar looked stunning in a pink blouse as he attended an event to raise awareness about AIDS, following his father’s steps. E.J recently opened up about coming out to his father, Magic Johnson, and also about the state of his love life.

E.J Johnson is known for his androgynous and daring fashion style. The reality star is a leading voice in the gender fluidity movement of the entertainment industry. He wears skirts, dresses, high heels, crop tops and all kind of clothes that are deemed “too feminine” and he rocks it every single time.

In one of his most recent Instagram posts, E.J showed fans how to wear the same blouse to make two different outfits that are equally appealing to the eye of the beholder. First, he paired the bright pink top with skinny black pants and black boots for a casual look, and later the same day, he changed into a tight red skirt and red boots for a more sophisticated look.

The star attended the “generationCURE Solstice,” an event hosted by amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research, created to raise awareness and raise funds for the organizations’ cure-focused research programs.

E.J was one of the event chairs, alongside other celebrities like Hailey Baldwin, Olivia Culpo, Tommy Dorfman, Victoria Justice and Nicole Scherzinger, and he showed his willingness to work with the organization writing in his caption:

As many people know, E.J’s father, Magic Johnson, is HIV positive. His diagnose shocked the entire basketball community back in 1991, and helped to start banishing the myth about AIDS being a “gay disease.”

E.J and his mother, Cookie Johnson, recently sat down with longtime family friend Jada Pinkett Smith, her daughter Willow, and mother Adrienne on their talk show “Red Table Talk” to discuss love, gender, and sexuality using E.J’s situation as the perfect example.

Even though at the time he came out publicly his family was aware of his preferences, E.J confessed that coming out to his father was a rough experience for both of them.

“We had the talk with Dad, and that was a little tough,” Cookie confessed, “My husband is the kind of person like he reacts quickly. Everything that came to the top of his head, he just let it out.” She recalls Magic saying “This is not what I wanted for my son. And do you realize what you’re saying because the world is not going to like that and do you want to live this life?”

Cookie had to face her husband and make him see he was being too harsh, which prompted the former NBA baller to approach his son in his room, as E.J recalled him saying “‘We’re going to get through this and I just need time.’ And we both started crying a little bit.”

The 26-years-old fashionista also opened up about dating in the entertainment industry, revealing that he never knows if people want to date him for who he is, for whom they see on camera, or for his famous father.

“These men either just want to be there for one thing and then don’t want to stay for the real relationship part, or they just want to ride the wave and be bougie and go out and have their picture taken and do all of that,” he confessed.

E.J hasn’t found love yet, and meanwhile, he keeps on being an inspiration to many young people while working to raise awareness for causes like AIDS.
