Mariah Carey interrupts concert to correct her son on stage

Mariah Carey was on stage at the Ceasar's Palace in Las Vegas when her 7-year-old son pulled a plastic bag over his head! She handled the situation expertly.

Twins Morrocan and Monroe were onstage alongside Carey and handed merchandise out to some of her fans in the front rows. It made for an adorable sight.

However, Morrocan's curiosity got the better of him, and right after he handed the last t-shirt out, stuck his head into the black bag to inspect the bottom. Read more on our Twitter, @amomama_usa.

Without skipping a beat, Carey pulled the bag from his head and told him to 'never do that.' She continued her song but kept a close eye on Morrocan nevertheless.

Even though she was on stage, Carey utilized the opportunity as a teaching moment, and probably explained the dangers to Morrocan later, when the performance was over.

Pop Sugar remarked that mothers are the 'queens of multitasking' and added that Carey handed the situation very well, despite being in front of a large audience.

Carey is currently on a residency at Caesar's Palace, her second, after which she will start her 10th major tour and will meet with fans in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

According to Metro, fans can also look forward to her upcoming appearances next month at Blackpool's Livewire Festival.

The 43-year-old singer, also referred to as the Songbird Supreme by the Guinness World Records, share twins Morrocan and Monroe with her second husband, Nick Cannon.

The couple met while working one of her music videos and tied the knot in April 2008. They welcomed the twins three years later. Before Cannon, she was married to Tommy Mottola.

Cannon filed for divorce in 2014, and the case was finalized two years later. As reported by Daily Mail, she is currently dating Bryan Tanaka, a dancer.
