EJ Johnson, one of the children of former NBA professional player Magic Johnson, took to Instagram to share a photo wearing a striking black ensemble.

The image showed EJ posing in a room with its floor and walls in a black-and-white striped design while he was wearing black boot-like high heels, matching latex biker shorts, a black crop-top, and a matching blazer.

For the caption, the man set clear that it was his new ‘power suit.’ As soon as he uploaded that picture, his fans and followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts.

One of them was Instagram user Andrew Roby, who pointed out that EJ’s shorts were ‘killer.’ User @kbowarchuk chimed in and said that he looked ‘amazing.

That photo was uploaded weeks after EJ’s father, Magic, received backlash on social media after wishing his son a happy birthday. The former NBA professional player posted a slideshow with two photos on his Instagram account.

The first one portrayed Magic in a seat focused on something in front of him while EJ, who was a young boy, was looking at something different. For the second picture, Magic chose a more recent one wherein his son and wife were next to him.

Magic made sure to let EJ know he was proud of him by writing in the caption that his son was helping change the world and urged him to continue being his best self and walking with ‘authenticity, passion, and ambition.’

Even though the fact that a parent supports their children no matter what is widely seen as a wonderful action, several people, including Instagram user Austin Tripp, took to the comment section to blame the NBA legend for letting EJ turn into what he has ‘become.’

The truth is that no matter how many people write negative comments, Magic and his wife, Cookie, have been very supportive in EJ’s sexuality and they have talked about it in The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and The Red Table Talk Show.
