Vanessa Williams & Rick Fox's daughter is all grown up and looks stunning

The actress and her ex-husband share a now-teenage daughter who enjoyed her own teen rite of passage when she went to her senior prom in June.

Actress Vanessa Williams and her ex-husband, retired basketball player Rick Fox, had every reason to be proud of their almost-grown daughter, Sasha, as she becomes a beautiful young woman.

The 18-year-old sparkled in her bright pink strapless prom dress, and displayed the same inherent sense of style as her famous mom by finishing off the look with an emerald green clutch handbag.

55-year-old Vanessa shared a number of photos of her posing together with her gorgeous daughter, and Sasha standing with some of her friends. Sasha’s makeup is done to perfection and it’s clear to see that they’re mother and daughter.

The teenager wore a delicate drop necklace, and left her long darks waves loose about her shoulders to give her a more natural look.

“My baby’s @sashafoxyy last prom. Cherishing these #mommymoments #ohhowtheyearsgoby,” the actress captioned the images.

48-year-old Rick also shared a photo of his daughter, captioning the sweet snap of just her face like any proud father would.

“#HerLastProm ~ Graduation around the corner. So proud of you @sashafoxyy ~ #PreAdulting at University coming up next. Thank you MOM @vanessawilliamsofficial.”

The close-up shot showed off her glowing skin and the shine in her thick locks.

Sasha and her date also posed for a fun photo together, with her striking a pose and him bending his knees in front of her.

The teenager seemed just as comfortable posing and smiling for the camera as her famous mother before her has always been.

“Highlight of prom... my date doing a death drop in the middle of the dance floor.”

Other photos in the compilation post showed her with a number of different friends who were also all glammed up for the special occasion.

She also took the time to thank her beauty team for doing her makeup in another Instagram post. While she clearly went for a more natural look, she did allow a bit of gold and brown eyeshadow to make her eyes pop.

“Once again I have to thank my glam team for making my prom look so amazing!!”

Sasha was the product of Vanessa and Rick’s marriage, which lasted from 1999 until 2004. The marriage was Vanessa’s second.

Her first marriage was to Ramon Hervey, and the former couple share three children together. Vanessa is currently married to businessman Jim Skrip, with the two tying the knot in 2015.

Although Vanessa and Rick are divorced, their breakup seemed amicable and the couple have continued to provide for their daughter together no matter what their feelings towards one another may be.

It’s a bittersweet moment for the actress as her youngest child is about to embark on adulthood. Sasha has been accepted to Chapman University, a private university in California, where she will start college in the fall.
