Kim Kardashian and daughter North West rock the same hairstyle in recent video

Kim Kardashian and her daughter drew attention at last week’s Beautycon attending the event in twinning hairstyles as revealed in a video the reality star shared. North was her mother's mini-me as she also matched her mother's all-black ensemble.

Kim Kardashian must be setting her sights on her daughter North eventually taking over her cosmetics business, so she brought her along as her date at the weekend’s Beautycon. While their attendance was headline enough, Kim decided to draw more attention to their tandem by appearing in matching black ensembles and hairstyles.

A video posted by the 37-year-old reality star as they were on their way to the festival revealed North channeling a mini-me moment with her mother. They sported identical high half-ponytails as the remaining half cascaded in curls down their shoulders.

“Look who my date is to Beautycon,” Kim said in the video taken from inside the car. She added,

“We did our hair the same way. Right? Are you my date?”

The five-year-old didn’t seem to be in the mood for conversation and just stared blankly at the camera while her mom tried to hype her up.

The mother and daughter also matched in black outfits, with Kim wearing a cleavage-baring vintage Dolce & Gabbana off-the-shoulder creation that had a midsection cut-out accentuated by a bow. She paired the interesting number that showcased her enviable physique with a pair of trendy bike shorts and nude strappy heels.

Kim and North were greeted by screaming fans who came to listen to the KKW Beauty mogul’s beauty secrets. They were also treated to the first sniff of KKW Fragrance’s latest Kimoji perfume which North also tested. She sampled a whiff of the new Kimoji Cherry.

This is not the first time the eldest daughter of the reality star displayed an interest in beauty and cosmetics. She also dabbled in putting make-up on herself in the past and has been particular about the hairstyles she prefers in videos shared by her mother on her Instagram story.

Kim also revealed her curious daughter would often watch YouTube tutorials and videos and once told her she wanted to make her own. It won’t be surprising to see the little girl making waves on the internet soon especially since her mother is an expert at it.
