She had pleaded guilty to charges of manufacturing, delivering, selling, and possessing methamphetamine in Williamson County Court in May 2017.

Authorities booked her for similar charges in Maury County, but she pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of meth.

The court had ordered her to serve 11 months and 29 days in prison. The punishment was later suspended and her time reduced to 30 days in March 2017 after probation and a 180 days in-house rehabilitation program for drug recovery.

She was released from the Williamson County Detention Center on June 16, 2017. She was sent to a drug program, which she failed to complete, leading to the revocation of her probation on February 8, 2018.

Kelley has a long history of legal issues over the last few years. It began with her arrest in the parking lot of a Walgreens store in Nashville in December 2015.

She was also charged with promotion of meth manufacture in May 2016. She pleaded guilty for a lesser charge of possession.

According to People, she was arrested in Alabama in the same year and charged for being a fugitive of justice after the court had revoked her probation.

Kelly, the niece of actress Ashley Judd, was not the only celebrity kid land in trouble with the law recently, reported CBS News.

Hopper Penn, son of Sean Penn and Robin Wright, was arrested for drug possession in April, while Ryan O’Neal and Farrah Fawcett’s son, Redmond O’Neal, was charged with attempted murder in June.

Judd, who shares Kelley with her first husband, Arch Kelley, has remained silent on her daughter’s legal trouble.

The 54-year-old singer posted an image of a clapboard on her Twitter account on June 25. She captioned the picture saying, ‘Stay tuned…’

Wynonna & the Big Noise, her last album, was released in 2016. Judd has been touring the country with her band, which includes her current husband, Cactus Moser.
