He told his 2.1 million Instagram followers that the picture was taken in 2000. It shows Eve rocking the platinum white curly hair fans got to know and love during her Love is Blind performance at The American Music Awards.

His followers appreciated the throwback photo, with Instagram user Liyah joking that they looked alike and a user known only as Kevin said she will always be a queen.

Joseph Gross, an LA artist, admitted that he 'was in love with Eve around this time,' and user Skyllo said they were the 'undiscovered talent from Allentown Pennsylvania.'

Swizz Beats partnered with the Ruff Riders when he was 16 years old and Eve was one of the artists he signed a few years later when he started his own label, Full Surface Records.

As reported by Pitchfork, Ruff Ryder's 20th anniversary is this year. To celebrate, members of the team will be touring together, including Swizz Beats himself alongside DMX, Eve, the Lox and Drag-On.

Fat Joe will make a special guest appearance, and the tour will kick off at the Bayfront Park Amphitheater in Miami, Florida, on September 7.
