Toni Braxton steals hearts with picture of her grown-up sons and their friends
The American singer, songwriter, pianist, record producer, actress, and television personality is also a proud mother of two grown children who are embarking on their own careers in the entertainment industry.
50-year-old Toni Braxton has two teenage sons, Denim Cole Braxton-Lewis and Diezel Ky Braxton-Lewis, from her 12-year marriage to Keri Lewis. Those boys have grown into confident young men who have found their own paths in life.
She recently took to her Instagram account to share a cute photo of her two boys and their many friends, showing they've certainly inherited her outgoiing sense of fun.
"Next Generation Superstars! @denimbraxton @diezel.braxton & friends," she captioned the sweet shot with a red heart emoji.
The boys were all huddled up against a wall smiling at the camera as they posed.
Toni is proud of the paths her sons have chosen in life, and was ecstatic to announce that her youngest son, 15-year-old Diezel, had landed a modeling contract with Wilhelmina Models, the world’s leading modeling agency.
She took to Instagram again on that occasion to congratulate her son on the amazing acievement.
"Congrats Diezy @diezel.braxton on signing to Wilhelmina Modeling Agency!!!" she wrote, with a smiley face and a heart emoji.
Diezel was diagnosed with autism at a very young age, leading his mother to become an active with organizations such as Autism Speaks. In 2016, she was pleased to share that her son no longer exhibits symptoms on the spectrum anymore.
Meanwhile, Toni recently announced her engagement to rapper Bryan Christopher Williams, known by his stage name Birdman.
She took to her Instagram account to share before and after photos of the engagement, showing off the enormous sparkler he had put on her ring finger.
In the first shot, which she shared was taken a minute before he popped the question, they look relaxed and happy, and appear to be sharing a lovely dinner out together.
In the second photo, which was taken the following day, Birdman looked elated as his fiancee stood against him with her hand on his chest, showing her ring.
