Remember Jazmine from 'House of Payne'? She turns head in striped mini dress in new photos

The child actress and singer has since grown up into a beautiful young woman who is still racking up acting credits to her name these days.

19-year-old China McClain seems to have managed to avoid many of the problems other child stars have faced as they grow up, such as drug and alocohol addictions. Instead, she has a successful acting career with a huge fanbase.

She recently attended the 2018 Entertainment Weekly ComicCon bash, and took to her Instagram account to share a multi-photo post of herself at the event.

McClain looked relaxed as she posed for a number of photos, even sticking her tongue out and pulling a peace sign in some of the images.

She opted for a short, sparkly jumpsuit with a v-neck cut and an asymetical hemline around her thighs. The garmnet was black, with glittery strips of red, blue, yellow, and green in vertical stripes.

McClain also accessorized with a number of silver chains with pendants around her neck, and a pair of silver drop earrings. She completed the look with a pair of pointed black high heeled boots.

The actress left her shoulder-length hair parted in the middle and hanging loose.

McClain got her break as a Disney darling, starring in shows like A.N.T Farm, K.C. Undercover, and Tyler Perry's House of Pain. Her most recent works include Black Lightning and the third installment of another Disney venture for Descendants 3.

She recently got involved in a Twitter feud with singer Anita Baker, after her mother met the musician and wasn't exactly given a warm welcome

Because McClain tagged Baker in the post, the singer was quick to hit back with her response, claiming that the 19-year-old's mother had made a scene.

But McClain wasn't about to let it go, and replied, explaining that her mother knows how to deal with celebrities, and quietly complimented the singer, not bursting out to draw the attention of everyone within earshot to herself.

McClain isn't the only member of her family to show off incredible entertaining abilities. Her father, Michael, is a music producer, vocalist, writer and sound engineer who has worked with the likes of Solange Knowles.

Her mother, Shontell, is also a vocalist and songwriter. McClain's sisters, Sierra and Lauryn, also sing, and the three sometimes before together as a trio when she's not acting.
