On July 26, Cardi announced her decision to cancel her involvement on Mars' 24k Magic Tour as she realized she needed more time to ‘recover mentally and physically’ from her pregnancy and her new role as a mother.

‘I underestimated this whole mommy thing. Not only am I just not ready physically. I’m not ready to leave me baby behind since the doctors explained it’s not healthy for her to be on the road,’ she revealed on an Instagram post.
