Eva Longoria officially introduces 6-week-old son to the world

The 43-year-old actress, producer and proud new mother, Eva Longoria, introduced her son to the world in an exclusive new interview.

HOLA USA said on Instagram that Longoria 'opened the doors of her spectacular L.A home' to the outlet and talked about her son Santiago Enrique's first days.

It is the six-week-old Santiago's first magazine cover appearance, and the issue will be available from August 10. Read more on our Twitter, @amomama_usa.

According to Longoria, motherhood is magical, and it feels as though she has known Santiago for her "whole life."

Longoria announced the interview on Instagram and wrote in the caption that she 'couldn't wait to share this picture' with her fans.

Longoria, who is most famously known for her part on Desperate Housewives, welcomed her first child with husband José Antonio Bastón in May.

She met her husband in Mexico five years ago after a mutual friend set them up on a blind date. Both Longoria and Bastón were recovering from bad relationships.

She can't even recall all the details of their first date, apart from the fact that they didn't get along very well. They were set up again by another friend six months later, and it just worked out.

Bastón is Longoria’s third husband. She was married to actor Tyler Christopher for two years in the early 2000's and walked down the aisle with Tony Parker in 2007.

Longoria is a first-time mother, but Bastón shares three children - Mariana, Natalia, and Jose - with his ex-wife Natalia Esperon.

Santiago's older siblings are very much involved in his life and even helped to choose his name.

Back in June, Longoria released the first official picture of little Santiago to Hello USA. She thanked her fans for their support and also addressed the US immigration crisis.
