J.Lo shows off a provocative look in men's shirt and denim over-the-knee boots instead of pants

Jennifer Lopez appeared on MTV to talk about receiving the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award and turned heads with her unconventional outfit.

In the video clip shared on YouTube, Lopez can be seen wearing an oversized white Poiret men's shirt. She went without pants, instead pairing the sweater with thigh-high Versace Stella denim boots.

The boots featured belt loops along the collar with a black belt on each shaft and denim pockets on the back. Fans wishing to copy her style can get a similar pair from Guess for $89.

Lopez turned 49 earlier this month and celebrated with her children and partner, Alex Rodrigues. She shared photos of the intimate family dinner on Instagram.

She looked gorgeous in a green Retrofete gown with matching high heels and accessorized with diamond earrings and a diamond ring Rodrigues had given her on Valentine's day.

Lopez explained in the caption that her birthday party was a 'small gathering with the kids and some family and a couple of close friends,' and also thanked her fans for their support.

'I want you to know I never take any of you for granted,' she said, adding that it is her sincere hope to keep on entertaining and inspiring.

Fans of Lopez can look forward to her upcoming film appearances. She will portray the role of Maya in Second Act. The film is completed and will be released later this year.

The made-for-TV film Bye Bye Birdie Live, written by Lee Adams and Harvey Fierstein, is currently in pre-production and is also scheduled for release this year.
