Lorraine explained that her diet consists of 'natural nude food' which means it is served without condiments or sauces
She consumes only unprocessed foods and these are mostly salads, or occasionally microwaved sweet potato.
For her protein needs, she consumes grilled chicken, grilled fish, and eye fillet steak. She does allow herself, treats: one biscuit and one square of 90 percent sugar-free dark chocolate every day, and she has a glass of wine with her evening meal.

Lorraine tells women to never give up on their dreams, no matter what their age or circumstances.
Lorraine lives with her partner of 27 years who is 24 years her junior. She is training hard and is determined to take part in a major Australian competition at the end of 2019.
