Guy proposes in court to become pranker of the week

Tiffany Allison was proposed in one of the most unexpected ways by her boyfriend, Brett Stidham, who pretended to be arrested and to have appeared in the court for a sentence.

According to a video report by Inside Edition, Allison, who is a probation officer and house arrest coordinator for Justice Network in Desoto County, Mississippi, was ready for the regular work day when her boyfriend appeared to be the next defendant awaiting a hearing.

As she sat in Hernando Municipal Court, the judge called the court into session and the police officers walked in with Stidham, wearing full bright yellow jumpsuit and shackles.

Allison is caught on tape watching Stidham with her mouth wide open in disbelief. The look of panic is clearly visible on her face. She looks around the court for an explanation this is not coming anytime soon.

Just then Stidham admitted that he is guilty and starts confessing before the court, making Allison shock beyond belief.

While making the confession, Stidham says, “I’m guilty of being madly in love with the girl of my dreams. She’s my best friend, I’ll forever be in love with her.”

Allison is visibly shaken by the entire scene and she still could not make of what was going on before her eyes. The judge then called Allison to come over at the center of the court.

When she took unsure steps toward Stidham, he went down on one knee to propose and offered her a ring, saying, “I’m ready for my life sentence baby.”

Stidham later explained that he knew early on in their relationship that they would be spending the rest of their lives together. So, he had started seriously thinking about various ways of proposing Allison.

His heartwarming proposal has been adored by the internet gathering over 75,000 views and over 2,000 likes.

Stidham’s creative proposal goes in the long list of one of the most memorable proposals ever made. People all over have always found unique ways of proposing to their loved one in a manner that reflects their personality and likings.
