“Family Matters” star Darius McCrady is facing some serious family matters as his estranged wife accuses him of dislocating their 2-year-old daughter’s arm. According to The Blast, McCrady’s wife, Tammy Brawner accused her husband of grabbing their daughter, Zoe’s arm causing an injury which the actor vehemently denied.

Brawner, who also filed documents claiming McCrary’s negligence of court orders regarding their daughter’s custody, said that McCrary lied to a radio station about the arm-breaking incident. She said her estranged husband claims she was coaching their daughter to lie and say that he had hurt her.

However, Brawner insists, Zoe’s arm was actually harmed by McCrary. She told doctors the incident happened in the bathroom where McCrary grabbed the arm of Zoe. Brawner said their daughter was in pain and cried when the doctor attempted to move her arm during their visit after the incident.

Doctors ruled Zoe’s injury as Nursemaid’s Elbow, a common elbow injury among kids and toddlers. It reportedly happens when a bone partially dislocates as a result of the elbow being pulled. Doctors performed a procedure on Zoe to treat her injury.

Meanwhile, McCrary has denied Brawner’s version of the incident and insists he “grabbed one hand to lift her [Zoe] up and immediately grabbed the other.”

He’s also facing further complaints from his wife who claims he showed up with another child at a recent monitored visit with Zoe which is against their custody orders. She also said McCrady failed to attend the co-parenting classes they were ordered to take. In resignation, she says,

“I cannot co-parent by myself. I have gone above and beyond to parent with Mr. McCrary but he appears to be too bitter and too much of a tyrant to parent with me.”

In March 2017, Brawner filed for divorce from McCrary citing irreconcilable differences. She filed for legal and physical custody of Zoe in an attempt to secure her safety. She also requested for McCrary to seek intervention for alcoholism, drug addiction, and battery. Both parties also sought restraining orders claiming they were victims of spousal abuse.

McCrary’s career has fallen on tough times lately. In the past few years, he’s appeared on seven episodes of “Star” apart from various television and film projects. However, he failed to live up to his child support duties that the court ordered him in June to pay a mere $29 a month for their child. McCrary was reportedly only earning $462 a month at the time.
