Kris Jenner has been trying to show a “humbler” side on her social media these days, and in one of her recent posts, she wore a piece of clothing from an accessible brand that everyone can afford. However, fans had mixed reactions about the picture and its obvious photoshop.

The matriarch of the Kardashian family sits atop a multimillionaire fortune after managing the career of her kids for years. Kris is a synonym of luxuries and high fashion, like the rest of her family, so fans were a bit baffled when she decided to promote a famous Instagram fashion brand.

Stepping out of her furs and expensive clothes for once, Kris rocked a body-hugging, long-sleeve black maxi dress with an asymmetrical hem, and she completed the look with strappy black sandals. “I could buy designer but this @FashionNova Fits,” she captioned the pic, openly promoting the brand.

Fans were a bit confused about Kris’s sudden ad, and while some of them loved that she’s promoting low-cost brands that everyone can afford, others were more preoccupied with the weird line on the right side of her body, which is a giveaway of the heavy photoshop the pic suffered.

“Only Kris Jenner can make fashion nova look like Saint Laurent,” wrote one fan. Another added, “Wow talk about trick photo shooting mmm!! And a third one said, “Whyyy does she look like a cardboard cut out?”

NEVER LET A BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY GO TO WASTE

While is weird to see Kris promoting brands that are not hers or her daughters, the momager might have a million reasons to do it, literally.

Last week, Kim Kardashian told Ashley Graham on her new podcast, “Pretty Big Deal,” that she had recently turned down a 1 million dollars offer from a brand to make an Instagram post promoting their clothes.

The brand, she explained, usually knocks off designs from Yeezy, Kanye West’s fashion brand, so her husband wasn’t on board with the sponsorship. Kim decided to reject the money, but her husband paid her back two weeks later when he sent her flowers and an envelope while he was out of town.

“So, I open the envelope and it's a million dollar check," Kim revealed. "And there was a note, saying, 'Thank you for always supporting me and not posting.’”

People are speculating that the brand was Fashion Nova and that Kris, always the businesswoman, picked up the deal and got the million for herself. A smart move indeed.

KRIS FINALLY OPENS UP ABOUT MARRIAGE

The Kardashians live for the rumors and the constant chatting about them on social media, and for years, fans have been speculating about the status of Kris Jenner’s relationship with her younger boyfriend, Corey Gamble.

Rumors about engagement and a secret wedding have plagued the 62-year-old mother of six for years, and she finally revealed the truth on celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser’s new podcast, “Divorce Sucks!”

Talking about marriage, Wasser asked “Do you think you would ever do it again, Kris?” to which Jenner replied, “You know, you never say never, but I often say it’s just not what I think I need to do again based on my past.”

“I’m in a really great relationship right now, and I’m happy, and I don’t want to mess that up. I used to listen to people say that, by the way, and think, ‘Oh, what a crock of you know what,’” she said. And continued:

“I don’t have the need to put on a long, white dress and walk down an aisle. I’ve done that. I’ve had the big wedding, I’ve had the babies and the kids — six of them, by the way. It’s not like we need to do that again; my body wouldn’t cooperate if I wanted it to.”

Jenner has been dating Gamble, 37, since 2014.
