Prince Louis snapped with parents Prince William and Kate Middleton on his special day
On Tuesday, October 23, 2018, Prince Louis Arthur Charles turned 6 months old and pictures of the beautiful baby boy got shared with fans.
Parents Kate Middleton and Prince William welcomed Prince Louis into the world on April 23, 2018, after being born at the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital. A statement got released soon after by Kensington Palace that read:
“Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a son at 11:01hrs.”

Kate Middleton showed off her newborn to the public soon after. The only other time Prince Louis got publicly seen was at his christening on July 9 which took place at The Chapel Royal at St James’s Palace. The little Prince has been kept out of the public eye with his birth and christening being the only times fans had seen him.

For the special occasion of Prince Louis turning six months old, parents Kate Middleton and Prince William went to London ahead of the state banquet with the Dutch royal family. Prince Louis went with and were seen arriving by helicopter at Kensington Palace. A royal fan took a video and posted it on Twitter.
Prince Louis is the third child and second son of Prince William and Kate Middleton and fifth in the line of succession. After the implementation of the Perth Agreement, Prince Louis became the first British Prince to be ranked behind an elder sister in the line of succession. Ahead in line to the British throne is his grandfather, father, older brother Prince George and then his sister Princess Charlotte.

The Prince’s christening gown was created in 2008 and replicated the original made for Queen Victoria’s first child in 1841 and used for every royal christening since.
The official portrait of Prince Louis got revealed to the public almost a week after his christening on July 15 and other photos of the event. After the christening, several members of the respective families got invited to Clarence House, Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles’ residence.
The doting parents chose Matt Holyoak, a world-famous portrait photographer to take pictures of the special event. The Morning Room was chosen as the setting and the official portrait got taken with his father Prince William, mum Kate Middleton, and his two siblings.
