Father stabbed 11-year-old girl to death as she protected mother
The murderer of a 31-year-old woman and her 11-year-old daughter in Gloucester, England, has confessed his guilt on Monday, November 11, at the trial.
The court has imposed on the defendant a sentence of at least 29 years in prison for the multiple stabbing of his wife and stepdaughter. The perpetrator stabbed both victims several times and left them lying on the kitchen floor.

Although he initially claimed to be innocent, Boon has finally pleaded guilty of the crime on Monday and was sentenced for life and he is going to have to spend a minimum of 29 years in prison at Bristol Crown Court.
During the trial, the magistrate said that the crime committed by the accused was the result of an act of "selfish rage and cruelty," according to a BBC report.
According to court statements, Boon stabbed Laura Mortimer and her daughter Ella Dalby in the face and hands, causing serious injuries.
The prosecutor, Richard Smith, told the court Mortimer had fought for her life and her daughter Ella witnessed at least part of the attack before being killed while she came to help her mother.
Investigations reveal that the little girl went to the kitchen in Gloucester when she heard her mother screaming and when she tried to interpose herself between the aggressor and her mother, she was stabbed.
After having committed both crimes, Boon fled the property and called his mother to tell her what happened.
The authorities have confirmed that in the criminal record of the accused there are previous reports of gender violence that date back to 2010 when he assaulted his ex-partner and her mother.
In another horrible story, a murder suspect told Colorado police he strangled his pregnant wife in a rage after he saw her on a baby monitor strangling one of the couple's daughters, according to court documents.
Chris Watts has been charged with first-degree murder in three deaths. He confessed to murdering of his wife but not of daughters Bella and Celeste. He blames their murders on Shanann Watts, saying she's the one who strangled them after he said he wanted to separate.
