Jack Nicholson rarely goes out nowadays, but when he does, it’s to support his favorite basketball team. The star was spotted at a Lakers game recently with his 26-year-old son, Ray Nicholson, who looks a lot like his father.

The 81-year-old actor was spotted at his usual spot at courtside with Ray.

Jack was wearing an all-black ensemble while his son was sporting a beige jacket that contrasted with his black shirt and jeans.

The Lakers won the game against the Minnesota Timberwolves, which most likely made the longtime actor happy.

Nowadays, Jack seldom makes appearances in public and was last seen at a previous Lakers’ season-opening game, where LeBron James made his debut for the Los Angeles basketball team. At the time, Ray was also in attendance with his father.

Jack’s last project was in 2010 when he appeared in “How Do You Know.”

In 2013, during an interview with the Sun, Jack said that he no longer has the drive to “be out there anymore.”“The movie business is the greatest business, but I only want to do films that move people, films about emotions and people,” he explained.

In 2017, Jack confirmed to do a “Toni Erdmann” remake, but he later dropped out in August 2018.

As for his son, Ray, he has been following his father’s footsteps as he previously appeared in the season finale of “Mayans M.C.”

The creator of the show, Kurt Stutter, who claimed to be buddies with Ray, spoke to Entertainment Weekly and talked about casting Jack’s son.

He said that he has been mentoring Ray and added, “He’s such a sweet kid who’s a really good actor. And it was so fun for him. He doesn’t know the world, right? I think it was more about the experience of putting on that kutte and hanging out with those guys for a night. It was just an education for him.”

Ray is Jack’s son with 55-year-old actress Rebecca Broussard. He also has a 28-year-old sister named Lorraine.

Meanwhile, there are some interesting facts about Jack, especially when he was growing up.

One of them is that he grew up with his grandmother and he thought that she was his biological mother. The truth was revealed to him when a reporter for TIME magazine told him during an interview.
