Johnny Galecki made waves, stepping out with his 21-year-old girlfriend
Johnny Galecki, 43, known as Leonard Hofstadter on "Big Bang Theory" and David Healy on "Roseanne," stepped out with his new girlfriend.
The 21-year-old Alaina Marie Meyer shared a photo of herself and Galecki and wrote in the caption: "Peeps choice was so fun with my bae [heart emoji]"
Photos of the couple at the 2018 People's Choice Awards can be seen below. Read more on our Twitter account, @amomama_usa.
Galecki looked dapper in a blue suit while the woman in his life chose a long-sleeved black dress which she paired with matching heels and a black clutch.
"The Big Bang Theory" was up for three awards at the People's Choice Awards including best show of 2018 and best comedy show of 2018.
The duo announced their relationship status less than three months ago when Galecki shared photos of their date night on Instagram.
They also made headlines when they attended his sister's wedding back in October. Galecki said at the time that he "couldn't be happier."
The People's Choice event was their first red-carpet outing together, and the couple posed with Galecki's friend and colleague, Sara Gilbert.
Galecki is close to Gilbert, and in a photo where he posed with Meyer and Gilbert, he wrote: "Two of the very favorite women in my life. You keep my heart swelling and healthy, [Meyer] and [Gilbert.]"
Galecki rose to fame in 1995 when he was cast as David Healy in "Roseanne." He portrayed the part of Darlene's (Gilbert) boyfriend, and later her husband.
Galecki, who recently suffered a hand injury, attended his "Big Bang Theory" co-star's wedding earlier this year and said on Instagram at the time that he was happy for the couple.
Kaley Cuoco, 32, who portrays Galicki's on-screen wife Penny, exchanged vows with her off-screen partner Karl Cook in San Diego.
The couple had been dating since 2016 but Cuoco briefly dated Galecki back in 2010. However, the relationship didn't last. Thankfully, their friendship stayed intact.
