The 19-year old- reality star has revealed that she lost ten pounds in just five days. She credited the incredible loss to hard work at the gym and a diet change.

The gorgeous, Regina Carter, left her 3.7 million Instagram followers with their jaws on the floor after she posted a stunning picture that flaunted her newly defined curves.

Leaning casually against a staircase banister, Carter flaunted her snatched waistline. She wore a  grey spandex crop top and matching biker shorts by Sosorella.

She paired the casual outfit with a pair of custom Yeezy 500 sneakers and a black quilted belt bag by Prada.

@hoehatin_boogie_Stay "working out keep that body."

“I wanna thank my trainer @iamthekingoffitness for helping me through this fitness journey!” she said. “I lost 10 pounds in 5 days which was very very shocking to me lol . Part of her workout to achieve her sunning new body included boxing which included resistant training and cardio. She also attributed some of the weight loss to a good diet.

She also posted that she used weight loss lollipops.Carter said, "@flattummyco has figured out how to suppress my appetite with freaking LOLLIPOPS. I’ve been keeping a few with me wherever I go, so I always have them close by."

Fans however, felt deeply disappointed that Carter had joined many other celebs in toting the lollipops. One fan said, "‘Not you too. Honestly expect better from you. Appetite suppressant lollipops create a culture where we think it’s okay to starve ourselves and I refuse to promote or support that,’
