Cardi B kicks Offset off the stage after he begs her to take him back in emotional video

Offset’s latest attempt to reconcile with his estranged wife backfired publicly as the singer kicked him offstage this past weekend.

It’s been about two weeks since Cardi B dropped the bombshell that she and her husband have called it quits after one year of marriage and less than five months after welcoming their daughter, Kulture.

At the time, Cardi, 26, said:

“He’s always somebody that I run to to talk to, and we got a lot of love for each other but things just haven’t been working out between us for a long time. It’s nobody fault I guess we just grew out of love but we are not together anymore.”

Since then, there have been numerous accusations, the outing of side chicks and what not, but in the midst of it all, Offset has also been making moves to get back his wife.

His latest attempt was on December 15 at Los Angeles’ Rolling Loud festival where Cardi was performing her headlining set.

"Thank god I ain’t got no balloons sheeesh."

In a video posted by The Shade Room, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper was seen looking puzzled onstage, mic in hand, as some people wheeled in a giant wall of red and white flowers that read “Take Me Back Cardi.”

APOLOGY GONE WRONG

The “Migos” rapper followed shortly after with a huge bouquet of white flowers and Cardi looked visibly annoyed. She said some things that were not audible, but she didn’t look pleased. Offset then said into a microphone:

“Hey. I just want to tell you I’m sorry, in person, in front of the world. I love you.”

The "Bad and Boujee" rapper added that he’s ready to do whatever he needs to do to convince Cardi of his love.

But the mother-of-one did not seem impressed and reportedly told him “I’m not having it” at some point. Rejected, offset walked off, and stagehands wheeled off his elaborate flower tribute.

PREVIOUS ATTEMPTS

On December 9, four days after Cardi announced their split, Offset took to Twitter with a painful confession. “[Expletive] YALL I MISS CARDI,” he tweeted.

Another emotional outpouring followed that on Friday, his 27th birthday. He said his only birthday wish was to get his wife back and apologized for breaking her heart.

“We’re going through a lot of things right now, a lot of things in the media. I want to apologize to you Cardi. I embarrassed you. I made you go crazy. I was partaking in activity that I shouldn’t have been partaking in, and I apologize. You know what I’m saying? For breaking your heart, for breaking our promise, for breaking God’s promise and being a selfish, messed up husband.”

RETHINKING HIS APOLOGY?

After his Saturday stunt with the flowers, Offset took to Twitter again, thankful that he didn’t order balloons for the apology.

“All of my wrongs have been made public, I figure It’s only right that my apologies are made public too,” he wrote. “A [expletive] was just trying .....thank god I ain’t got no balloons sheeesh.”
