Loni Love shares sweet video of Tamera Mowry's daughter amid 'The Real' co-hosts feud rumors
Loni Love melted hearts with a video from Tamera Mowry’s daughter, Ariah, sending her some love before departing for a holiday vacation. Love and Mowry are rumored to be feuding with Jeannie Mai and Adrienne Bailon over their respective salaries.
Loni Love and Tamera Mowry’s relationship goes beyond the professional setting. The women have proved with time they are really good friends, and Loni adores Tamera’s kids.
So, before the Housleys left for their Christmas vacation in Hawaii, Tamera made sure to sent some love for Aunt Loni from 4-year-old Ariah. And Loni just had to share it with the world on Instagram.
In the clip, Ariah is seen sitting on a plane with a coloring book and some crayons on her hands. She donned a denim jacket over a striped dress and cutely said “Hi Purple” and “bye purple” at Tamera’s request. According to some fans, Ariah might call Loni “purple” because she rocked purple hair for some time.
“Have a great vacation Ariah take care of Mommy @tameramowrytwo!!!!! #auntieloni” Love captioned the clip.
Fans of “The Real” took over Loni’s comment section to gush about Ariah. “She is one of the cutest little girls. She looks so fun to have around and those cheeks! Simply adorable,” wrote one user. Another added, “awwwww Ariah!! U are sooo cute!! This video has melted my heart. #auntyloniisthebestaunty.”
A REAL FRIENDSHIP
Loni and Tamera have never been shy when it comes to showing off their friendship. What started as a strict job relationship as co-hosts on “The Real” promptly turned into a sisterhood.
Last year, Tamera’s husband, Adam Housley, called Loni the “sister he never had” on a heartfelt post thanking the comedian for stepping to help his wife when he was away for work. Housley, a Fox News correspondent, had to cover the Florida hurricanes, then the Las Vegas shooting, and the California fires, which led him to be away from home for two weeks.
“To my wife @tameramowrytwo you are a rock. To @comiclonilove you are a sister I never had...my kids adore you and thank you for being there while I am covering such heartbreak,” he wrote on a heartfelt Instagram post.
Earlier this year, Tamera opened about her struggles with back pain and took the chance to thank Loni for being there for her, once again. Adam was abroad, and Tamera needed some painful treatment, so she relied on Loni who, although had other things to take care of, decided to be there for her friend.
And just two months ago, when tragedy struck the Housley family with the death of Adam’s niece Alaina on the Thousand Oaks shooting, Loni made sure to send love and positive energy to the family.
TENSIONS ON “THE REAL”
But while Loni and Tamera boast about their friendship on and off screen, they’re allegedly feuding with their other two co-hosts, Adrienne Bailon and Jeannie Mai.
According to the Daily Mail, the women are at odds after Mai and Bailon asked Mowry and Love to help them get a raise, and they refused. Mowry is the highest paid host, with Love following a close second.
An insider told the news outlet:
“Once they won the Emmy, Jeannie, and Adrienne started complaining about how they knew they weren't being compensated the same as their fellow co-hosts Loni and Tamera. They were even talking about staging a walk out.”
“Initially, they wanted both Tamera and Loni to support them in their quest to get better deals on the show, but when both ladies declined that definitely meant that lines were drawn.”
The women had not addressed the rumors about the alleged feud, but “The Real” is set to continue until 2020.
