Michael Jackson youngest son Blanket looks all grown up during rare public outing
The youngest son of the late King of Pop Michael Jackson stepped out on a rare occasion this weekend, for the first time in a very long time.
Blanket Jackson kept things casual as he stepped out for a stroll in the Calabasas area, sporting a gray Spider-Man t-shirt as he went shopping for books at Barnes & Noble. To match his top, he wore a pair of black shorts. As for his shoes, he donned some gray sneakers to complete his simple look.
Blanket, whose real name is Prince Michael Jackson II, is Michael Jackson's youngest son whom he infamously waved out of a hotel balcony back when he was still alive, causing criticism and outrage from all over the world. Over the holiday season, he seems to be squeezing in some reading time as he decided to hoard some books from the famous bookstore.
Joe Jackson, the famous singer's late dad, previously revealed that Blanket "reminds him the most of" his late son Michael.
In his official website, he wrote:
"You are like your father in so many ways, and you remind me most of him."
People are more accustomed to seeing Michael's daughter, Paris, who is now slowly making her way into the Hollywood scene by booking modeling gigs with some of the top brands in America. This has caused her to be more open to being seen out in the public, as it's been helping her career.
That is why now that Blanket made a rare appearance, it's been causing quite a stir around Michael Jackson's loyal legion of fans, as this is one of the few times they get to see just how big and tall Blanket has grown, as he rarely ever goes out nor does he appear on the media.
