Now in his 40s, Kirk Douglas' grandson looks so similar to him and his son Michael Douglas

Michael Douglas is an award-winning actor known for his roles in films such as “Basic Instinct” and “Fatal Attraction.” He recently added to his awards collection when he won a Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Television Series.

At 74 years old and 40 years into his acting career Michael is just as enthusiastic about taking on new projects as ever. His recent Netflix series, The Kominsky Method, has earned him a Golden Globe.

Although what most people noticed at the ceremony is how similar his son, Cameron, looks to him and his father, Kirk Douglas.

LIKE FATHER LIKE SON

Cameron congratulated his father publicly on Instagram by posting a picture on Michael and Kirk Douglas at a previous award ceremony.

In the caption, he expressed how proud he is of his father’s achievement and how grateful he is for his father’s love and support throughout his life.

Michael’s wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones, followed in Cameron’s footsteps by congratulating her husband via an Instagram post.

She posted pictures of Michael dancing, and in the caption, she writes about how deserving he is of the Golden Globe that he received and that she loves him.

DEATH HOAX

Kirk Douglas was recently the victim of a death hoax on his 102nd birthday when people on Twitter wished him a happy birthday as if he had passed away.

His name soon became a trending topic, which only added more fuel to the flames. Due to his advanced age, they believed it.

However, some fans wished him in a manner that reflected on his career and life. Many congratulated him on making it to 102 and applauded his acting ability.

GENERATIONS OF LOVE

Cameron became a father for the first time in December last year to a baby girl called Lua. He posted a picture on Instagram of Lua with her great-grandfather, veteran actor Kirk Douglas.

In the photograph, Kirk is wearing slippers and a tracksuit while looking down lovingly at his great-granddaughter.

The image received over 4500 likes and hundreds of positive comments.
