The royal couple touched down in Merseyside this morning where they met with various local organizations that aim to support and empower the community. Meghan looked colorful in a figure-hugging $137 purple dress by Aritizia and wrapped up in a $1,200 red coat from the Canadian brand. Sentaler, and matching stilettos.

Between visits with various organizations, the couple went for a walkabout amongst the crowd, where she not only asked what the crowd thought would be a good name for a girl, but also her due date!

One of the several royal correspondents that follow the royal couple, Chris Ship was astonished when he overheard Meghan share the month of her due date in conversation Meghan had with one of the women in the crowd.

Excitedly Chris shared:

"For those who want to know about these things: Meghan told one lady in the crowd that she is six months pregnant and another woman that her due date is around April."

Much speculation surrounding her pregnancy has done the rounds since the announcement that Meghan is expecting last October.

With an absence of information given by the royals, it has lead to many rumors including that she is expecting twins, to not expecting at all, or that she has been less than forthcoming about how far along with her pregnancy she is.

A subject which has been of less discussion to date is the question of godparents to the new royal on the way. As for the list of possibilities, it won’t include any immediate royal family, so Kate Middleton is off the list.

Since immediate family member will be in the child’s life anyway, they don’t get considered as godparents.

There are a few possibilities that spring to mind when possible options for the godparents of Prince Harry and Meghan’s first bundle of joy get mentioned.

Misha and ex-husband Alexander Gilkes introduced the couple, while Prince Harry and Alexander attended school together.

The Clooney’s are hot favorites for the position as the two couples are said to be close, and that they are “all but confirmed” while a source said that “Amal and Meghan have been close for years, and Harry and George have become buddies because of that. They're much closer than the headlines let on."

Also on the list is Ben and Jessica Mulroney. Jessica is said to be Meghan’s best friend and stylist, while their kids were also part of Prince Harry and Meghan’s royal wedding party.

Another interesting option is Zoe and Jake Warren. These friends of Harry’s daughter also attended their wedding, while Jake was a godson to the late Princess Diana, and still have strong family ties to this day.

A close friend of Meghan is also featured. Lindsay Jill Roth and Meghan had been friends since college and were also a maid of honor at Lindsay’s wedding.

But who ends up with the coveted role remains to be determined, or perhaps just not known to the public as of yet.

However, Meghan might have her hands full over the next few weeks as her bodyguard had reportedly just resigned after six months of service.

Her bodyguard is the third in a series of aides who left the Royals after a short term of service, as the previous to go was her personal assistant, Melissa Toubati, who left after also just six months of service due to unconfirmed reasons.
