Kelly Ripa shares a rare photo of Mark Consuelos with father and sons - and they are all so similar

Everybody has noticed how strong her husband’s genes are, and now that “Grandpa” Consuelos has been introduced to the fans, it is amazing to see how the three generations resemble one another.

Back in October 2018, 48-year-old Kelly Ripa took to her Instagram account to share a picture of her four “papi chulos,” proving that the Consuelos men are copies of each other.

The “Live! With Kelly and Ryan” host photographed her 47-year-old husband Mark alongside the couple’s sons, 21-year-old Michael, and 15-year-old Joaquin, and Mark’s father Saul, and the fans couldn’t believe how similar they all look.

Ripa is known to flirt with Mark in public often in social media, where she frequently compliments her husband’s handsome looks, so she must be pleased that her boys ended up resembling him so much.

“Nice family picture. All have the same smiles,” wrote user “mariette_dorosario in the comments section. “What a beautiful picture. That should be a poster on your wall,” added “kimmysil.”

Ripa and Mark met on the set of “All My Children” in 1995, and not long after that they entered a relationship together and got married. The next year, the two welcomed their first-born, Michael.

“Those boys are so fine! Three generations of finest,” “aundrea.adams” commented.

The couple’s oldest son Michael has taken his first steps to pursue a successful acting career as his parents did, and his resemblance to his father was key for him to land what could be career-defining for the young actor.

Earlier in October, The CW network announced that Michael had been signed to play a younger version of the “Riverdale” villain Hiram Lodge, played by his father since 2017.

Following Michael’s guest appearance in the teen drama, his own mother had the opportunity to interview him in her morning talk show, where he shared some of his impressions on playing a younger version of his father.

Ripa’s co-host Ryan Secret asked Michael if he had to audition for the role, which in fact he did, and the young actor talked about what it was to be in a room full of people trying to get the role.

“Dad had told me that the wanted me to audition for it. I never auditioned for anything before, so I went there with a bunch of people who could have been brothers or cousins. It looked like it was a bunch of Michaels in the audition room, and I’m like, ‘Gosh, am I gonna get it?’”

In June 2018, Michael turned 21-year-old, and her mother celebrated the milestone by posting a video in her Instagram feed that revisited pictures from her son’s childhood to the sound of the “Star Wars” theme.

“21 years ago today the galaxy was shooketh! Happy birthday HE! We love you BIG,” Ripa captioned the post.
