NBA player Draymond Green gets engaged to 'Basketball Wives Star' Hazel Renee

Warriors star Draymond Green finally popped the question to TV personality, Hazel Renee. Their engagement was recently announced.

Warriors coach Steve Kerr announced on Monday that Draymond Green and his girlfriend Hazel Renee are engaged. The pair has not made an official announcement yet.

However, Kerr said the weekend in Los Angeles was a busy one for Green and Renee. He then went on to reveal Green was engaged.

"The time's been great," Kerr said in response to a reporter who asked how the extended L.A. road trip went for the team. "A nice change of pace during the middle of the season, especially in mid-January. Beautiful weather here and a lot of guys have brought family members. Draymond got engaged. A lot of great stuff."

Green and Renee are speculated to have started dating in late 2017. They made their relationship public in 2018 with pics of each other on Instagram.

"Although I legit want to fight you at times! All you see is me!" Renee captioned a photo of Green in March 2018. "Your genuine care and concern for others are what makes you who you are! I am so happy to have grown to this space with you."

Fans have been loving the public displays of love on social media from the pair. Fans of the show "Empire" remember Renee from her recurring role as Kennedy on season three.

The actress also appeared in reality shows "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" and "Basketball Wives." Green has a son, Draymond Jr., with his former college sweetheart Jelissa Hardy and Renee has a four-year-old daughter.

When they had started dating, Green had denied the rumors that he left the mother of his child, Jelissa Hardy for a reality TV star. However, a video later surfaced that contradicted his statement.

He was captured on tape celebrating the Warrior's victory over the Rockets to enter the 2018 NBA finals. He was caught kissing reality star, Hazel Renee after the win.

Renee attended the game with Green's son, Draymond Jr. Green. Even though he broke up with, Jelissa Hardy they have a co-parenting relationship.
