The actress and television personality Brigitte Nielsen wowed the fashion enthusiast by flaunting a bold outfit during a recent public event.

The 55-year-old ex-wife of Hollywood icon Sylvester Stallone looked stunning in a tailored, black two-piece suit which she donned while attending the 24th Annual LA Art Show Opening Night Gala.

Her outfit featured a plunging neckline that revealed her black lacy bra. To complete her age-defying fashion statement, she donned a buttoned-up jacket and skinny trousers that accentuated her slim and toned figure.

Nielsen wore a pair of black boots that complemented her black attire and fashioned her hair by gelling it upright.

She further accessorized herself with a black clutch purse as well as a black and white necklace to complete her fashion-forward avatar.

Accompanying her on the red carpet was her 40-year-old husband, Mattia Dessi, who wore a black ensemble that matched Nielsen’s statement. He looked dashing in a suit and a patterned top.

"It can be very, very tough… but for women that really dream for it, don’t give up; it’s a long road but it is possible.”

Last year in June, Nielsen proved everyone that age is just a number by giving birth to her fifth child at the age of 54.

Even more impressively, Nielsen surprised everyone by shedding her pregnancy weight in just about two weeks following her pregnancy.

She later appeared on a British talk show, “Loose Women” and spoke candidly about her pregnancy and the miraculous weight loss she managed after that.

Nielsen, who underwent IVF treatment for the child, explained that her doctor was surprised why she wanted to try as there was an only two-and-a-half-per-cent chance of the process working.

“It’s about not giving up, and I just want to say, it’s not an IVF talk here. It’s not for everybody. It’s a long road. It can be very, very tough… but for women that really dream for it, don’t give up; it’s a long road but it is possible.”

Later that month, she also took to Instagram to share for the first time, a heart-melting snapshot of her newborn daughter, Frida, cuddling in her arms.
