George and Amal Clooney Steal the Spotlight with Their 'Chemistry' at a Glamorous Gala
George and Amal Clooney stole the show when they arrived in a charity gala in Edinburg looking chic in matching outfits.
George Clooney, 57, looked dashing in a navy pinstripe suit paired with a pale blue shirt. His wife Amal donned an asymmetric jumpsuit with wide legs and crisp pleats down the front. She complemented the looks with a signature leather belt.
Gorgeous Amal wore her curls loose and looked stunning in red lipstick. She wore flattering navy stiletto court shoes and diamond earrings set in 18 carats rose gold.
The couple spoke out about their visit saying they were “thrilled” to be attending the People’s Postcode Lottery Charity Gala in Edinburg.
“It is a perfect setting to highlight the urgent need to protect millions of the world’s most vulnerable people from human rights abuses,” Clooney said.
People’s Postcode Lottery Charity Gala is a celebration of the work done by the charities supported by lottery’s players.
George and Amal also attended Prince’s Trust Group Charles' celebration dinner hosted by Prince Charles. Amal looked dazzling as always in a white fit and flare gown with a dramatic cape. She carried a metallic gold clutch, adding to the sparkle of her ensemble.
The event was joined by other stars as well including Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Tamsin Egerton, and Josh Hartnett. Donors, ambassadors, and supporters were also invited in the star-studded event.
The couple shares special ties with the royal family. Amal reportedly co-hosted Meghan’s baby shower in New York City. According to a source, Amal was spotted entering The Mark hotel in New York City along with Gayle King and the Duchess of Sussex’s best friend Jessica Mulroney for the celebration.
Amal donned a red jumpsuit under a dark coat at the event. Her bodyguard was seen carrying two multi-colored bags of presents. Markle’s close friends designer Misha Nonoo and Markus Anderson also attended the event, the source reports.
