One of the plaintiffs Bill Cosby's insurance company settled with is Louisa Moritz. The actress famous for her role in "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" had accused the comedian of sexually assaulting her in 1971.

Moritz revealed that Cosby had forced her to perform oral sex on him at a dressing room of Johnny Carson’s “The Tonight Show.” Cosby had refuted her accusation, denied her claim and called her a liar.

Louisa Moritz, who studied law at the University of West Los Angeles and Abraham Lincoln University, passed away of heart failure on January 4, 2019, after being injured in a fall during a visit to Washington, D.C to see her lawyer.
